Our highly trained professionals are ready and willing to assist you in any way they can. For us, satisfying our customers is the most important goal we have. Our Collision Center is a 40,000 sq. ft. facility, equipped with 56 repair stalls and staffed by 20 technicians who are specifically trained to work on your vehicle. We exclusively use state-of-the-art refinish products certified by all our OE’s. Our associates hold and maintain certifications from ASE Certification, I-Car Gold Certification, and Factory Certifications.

Our Repair Process
Know What to Expect
First, our estimator will inspect your vehicle and begin to document the damage to gather and provide an estimate for you. We then need both your approval and authorization along with your insurance to begin work. Once this is taken care of we will begin ordering parts. Any supplemental Damage will be covered by your insurance and notated on the supplement report. The Unibody and New part installation will begin followed by the painting and reassembly. Lastly, we will perform a quality inspection prior to notifying you repairs have been completed.

If after hours towing is needed call CTS Towing & Transport at (727) 441-2137 and have your vehicle towed to Crown Collision Center. We have an after-hours drop-off area specifically for towed-in vehicles.
